New York Rangers 2023-24 Season Rant

So far this season has turned out to be excellent and the Rangers have been first in the NHL in the standings for many days on and off as the Bruins and other teams keep fighting for the top spot in the league.  These are the current standings as of today:

Here is my assessment of what the Rangers have gone through with the coaching changes over the last several years and why they haven't won a Stanley Cup, despite having extremely successful regular seasons and 4 highly successful playoff runs including once Finals appearance which ended up as a loss to the Los Angeles Kings in 5 games, after the Rangers had lead by 2 goals in 4 of those 5 games and lost 3 of them which was their ultimate downfall in the series.

Tom Renney  - Not one of the all time greatest coaches but definitely not a bad coach, he helped the Rangers end their 7 year playoff drought lead by Jaromir Jagr and the Czech line and rookie Henrik Lundqvist who emerged after starting goaltender Kevin Weekes went down early in the 2005-06 season with a lower body injury.  However, this team never got passed the 2nd round and did not have much young talent that lived up to expectations and the great veteran talent in Rucinsky, Straka and Nylander lead by Jagr was just not enough but they made the Rangers relevant again and brought them back into the playoff discussion.

John Tortorella

aka "Torts" - too much shot blocking, leading to injuries and banging players up, not quite  enough super star talent on defense or offense, and had issues with reporters such as the legendary Larry Brooks who is one of the most distinguished journalists who reports on NY Rangers hockey and was quite disrespectful to him.  This and his very tough, and being hard on players and not a "players coach" attitude and losing in a big upset to the NJ Devils in the 2012 Eastern Conference Finals when they were very much favored lead to the end of his tenure, but he has had success as coach of other teams and is a great coach to help build a young team up and teach them discipline and respect for the game.

Alain Vigneault
aka "AV" - too much turtling after getting leads and then blowing the leads and losing the game, this is what he will be remembered for by Rangers fans, as I've talked to hundreds who all say this exact same thing.

David Quinn  - Was brought in mainly to help develop younger players bc he had great success at Boston College as a coach and was actually a great hockey coach, but maybe not ready for the NHL to be a cup winner just yet, he's still young.

Gerard Gallant - Hard to determine why he keeps getting fired but it must be something locker room related, inside the team and internal issues, because the performance on the ice was not an issue.  I enjoyed him as NY Rangers coach, one of the biggest complaints I constantly heard from Ranger fans was that he switched up the lines too often and did not allow the potential chemistry needed to flourish. Personally, I liked him.  But I am very happy having our new coach Peter Laviolette now who has won a Cup and been to the finals several times.

Update November 30 2023 - Dark Times since 2020 but bigger Storm to Come Soon

There is a skyrocketing rise in anti-Semitism in the world, Israel and Palestine are at war, Russia and Ukraine are at war, and Iran is threatening and the US is already pre-emptively sending ships and troops to areas surrounding the battle around the Gaza Strip.  We have a very controversial and very tight presidential race that will determine the trajectory of the future in one year from now.  It is going to be a very exciting and fruitful year, I hope. God bless us all.

Advertising Strategies for Bands, Musicians, and Recording Artists to Make Money On Their Websites from Advertisers in 2023-24

I recently did some research along with ChatGPT and LawGPT just to see what information they had to offer that is up to date, not outdated, and is to the point.  Check out my site for my music/content https://alvalanker.com and https://alvalanker.com/merch to find all my links and information and my merch store and products.  I make the shirts myself, embroidered with the highest quality threads and linens.  New album released January 2024 out now, and new music and tour in the works for 2024.

How can I get Advertisers to Advertise Their Products on My Website and Make Money?

how can i get advertisers to advertise their products and pay me for advertising their products on my website? I currently have almost 100 visitors and viewers per week. And my online presence is growing. I am a musician, a solo musician, I play guitar and other instruments and use software called DAW software like Ableton Live to record and mix and produce my music and CD Baby to release my music and get it on Spotify, youtube, apple music, itunes, and all other streaming music platforms. What kind of advertisers should I target and how can I go about this?

Monetizing your website by getting advertisers to pay you for advertising their products is a great way to generate income. Since you have a niche as a solo musician using DAW software and distributing your music on various platforms, you can target advertisers in the music and related industries. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to go about it:

  • Build a Strong Online Presence: Continue to grow your online presence and audience. Having 100 visitors per week is a good start, but aim to increase this number by creating valuable and engaging content related to your music and music production.

  • Identify Your Target Audience: Know your audience well. Understand their demographics, interests, and needs. This information will help you attract relevant advertisers.

  • Create a Media Kit: Put together a professional media kit that includes information about your website's statistics (visitors, views, demographics), your niche (music and DAW software), and the benefits of advertising on your platform. Include details about your social media following and email list if you have them.

  • Choose Relevant Advertisers: Identify companies and products that align with your audience's interests and your niche. Potential advertisers could include music equipment manufacturers, DAW software companies, instrument retailers, music production courses, and music streaming platforms.

  • Reach Out to Advertisers: Contact potential advertisers via email or through their official websites. Introduce yourself and your website, explain the benefits of advertising with you, and provide your media kit. Emphasize how their products or services can reach a highly targeted audience through your platform.

  • Offer Different Advertising Options: Create various advertising packages to accommodate different budgets and needs. Options may include banner ads, sponsored articles or reviews, social media promotions, or even product placements in your music videos or tutorials.

  • Set Competitive Prices: Research industry standards and competitor rates to ensure your advertising prices are competitive and fair. You can start with lower rates initially and gradually increase them as your website's traffic and influence grow.

  • Track Performance: Once you start running ads, track their performance and provide regular reports to your advertisers. Demonstrating the value of their investment is crucial to retaining advertisers and attracting new ones.

  • Maintain Transparency and Quality: Maintain transparency with your audience by clearly marking sponsored content as such. Ensure that the products or services you promote align with your brand and are of high quality.

  • Negotiate Contracts: Once you've attracted advertisers, negotiate contracts that outline the terms and conditions, including payment schedules and deliverables.

  • Stay Compliant: Be aware of advertising regulations in your region (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.) and ensure that you and your advertisers comply with them.

  • Diversify Revenue Streams: While advertising can be a significant income source, consider diversifying your revenue streams by exploring other monetization options such as affiliate marketing, merchandise sales, and online courses or tutorials related to music production.

Remember that building relationships with advertisers may take time, so be patient and persistent. As your online presence continues to grow, you'll become more attractive to potential advertisers in the music industry.

What exactly is "affiliate marketing" and how do I get into it and how can I profit from it as a guitar player and music composer and producer and with my clothing merchandise

Affiliate marketing is a performance-based marketing strategy where individuals or businesses (affiliates) promote products or services of other companies (merchants) and earn a commission for each sale or action generated through their marketing efforts. As a musician, composer, producer, and merchandise seller, you can participate in affiliate marketing to generate additional income. Here's how to get started and profit from it:

1. Choose Affiliate Programs:

  • Identify affiliate programs that align with your niche and interests. For music-related products, you can look for affiliate programs from music equipment stores, instrument manufacturers, online music course providers, and clothing brands that offer merchandise related to music.

2. Join Affiliate Networks or Individual Programs:

  • You can either join affiliate networks like Amazon Associates, ShareASale, or ClickBank, which have a wide range of affiliate programs, or you can directly apply to individual programs offered by specific companies.

3. Create Quality Content:

  • Develop content on your website, blog, social media channels, or YouTube channel that promotes the products or services you're affiliated with. Content could include reviews, tutorials, how-to guides, or recommendations related to music equipment, software, instruments, or clothing.

4. Use Affiliate Links:

  • When creating content, use unique affiliate links provided by the affiliate programs you've joined. These links track the traffic and sales generated through your promotional efforts.

5. Disclose Your Affiliate Relationships:

  • It's important to be transparent with your audience. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if they make a purchase through your affiliate links. This transparency builds trust with your followers.

6. Promote Relevant Products:

  • Focus on promoting products and services that are relevant to your audience. For example, as a guitar player and music composer, you could review and recommend specific guitars, music software, or sound equipment you use or believe in.

7. Optimize for SEO:

  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to make your content more discoverable. This can help attract organic traffic to your affiliate content.

8. Build an Email List:

  • Collect email addresses from your website visitors and use email marketing to promote affiliate products to your subscribers. Offer valuable content and exclusive deals to encourage sign-ups.

9. Track Performance:

  • Regularly monitor the performance of your affiliate links and campaigns. Most affiliate programs provide analytics and reporting tools to help you track clicks, conversions, and earnings.

10. Experiment and Improve: - Continuously optimize your affiliate marketing strategy based on what works best for your audience. Experiment with different types of content, promotional techniques, and affiliate programs to maximize your earnings.

11. Comply with Affiliate Program Policies: - Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the affiliate programs you join, and ensure that you adhere to their rules and policies to maintain a good affiliate relationship.

12. Diversify Your Income: - Consider promoting a mix of affiliate products along with your music merchandise to diversify your income streams and reach a broader audience.

Affiliate marketing can be a valuable source of income for musicians and content creators. The key is to provide genuine recommendations and value to your audience while promoting products or services that resonate with your niche and brand. Over time, with consistent effort and quality content, you can profit from affiliate marketing in addition to your music and merchandise sales.

COVID 19 VACCINE POSSIBLY CAUSED BRAIN TUMOR IN 6 YEAR OLD

I think someone in my family has a form of terminal cancer as a result of the COVID19 vaccine and/or booster shots.  This cancer is completely new to our genepool as far as we know, and can trace back.  There is definitely something vastly suspicious about all of this, she is under the age of 8 years old and has a midline glioma which means the glial cells are cancerous and cannot be surgically removed and can only be treated in a limited capacity with radiation.   I am writing this for the record of the history of my life and my family.  It's been over a year since her diagnosis and she is still alive, I have been too afraid to ask how she is, or feel like it would be rude or disrespectful to ask, so I do not.  I pray for her and cry for her often and ask the creator of the universe to give her my strength if possible.  I will update this when more information is gathered.

The following information is generated from Dr Gupta AI, created by Martin Shkreli.
http://drgupta.ai

A midline glioma on the pons, also known as diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), is a type of brain tumor that occurs in the brainstem, specifically the pons area. It's most commonly diagnosed in children, usually between the ages of 5 and 10.

The prognosis for a child diagnosed with DIPG is unfortunately often poor. The location of the tumor makes it difficult to remove surgically, and radiation therapy is usually the primary treatment option. While radiation therapy can provide temporary relief from symptoms and possibly slow down tumor growth, it's generally not considered curative.

Survival rates for DIPG are generally low, with most children surviving for around 9 to 12 months from the time of diagnosis. However, individual cases can vary widely, and some children may survive for longer periods, while others may experience more rapid progression of the disease.

Ridiculous Chat-GPT Generated Story about BYB

 Beta Version 1.00

It was a dark and dreary time in the city that never sleeps, where danger lurked around every corner and the infamous Gambino crime family held sway over the gritty streets. In this world of violence and corruption, a diverse group of characters navigated the treacherous landscape, each with their own unique backgrounds and struggles.

Alvalanker was the newest addition to the family, a man of few words and a cautious demeanor. He was a talented musician, with a soulful voice that could melt even the hardest of hearts. But beneath his quiet exterior lay a fierce determination to prove his worth to the Don and make a name for himself in the organization.

Mr. A, on the other hand, was the jester of the group, always quick with a joke and a smile. But behind his jovial facade lay a troubled soul, haunted by the demons of his past and struggling to find his place in the world. He masked his pain with humor and levity, but it was clear that he was fighting an inner battle.

Bobby Nic, the family's enforcer, was a formidable presence, with a knowledge of nearly everything that gave him an air of intimidation. He was the muscle of the group, the one they turned to when things got rough. Despite his tough exterior, he was a loyal friend to those he trusted, and he and Alvalanker struck up an unlikely friendship that would prove crucial in the battles to come.

Bobby P was the black sheep of the family, a troubled alcoholic whose addiction threatened to tear the group apart. His drinking was a major problem that needed to be addressed before it consumed him and ruined their efforts. He was a man of few words, but his struggles were written all over his face.

Brandon was the smooth-talking businessman of the group, always impeccably dressed and confident in his dealings. He was a man of great charm and charisma, with a way of making people feel at ease. But despite his self-assured exterior, he struggled with a deep sense of self-consciousness that often held him back.

Derek was a quadriplegic running a popular podcast, passionate about his work and committed to bringing the best content to his listeners. Despite his struggles with illness, he persevered and found joy in his creative pursuits. He was a man of great intellect and wit, always quick with a clever turn of phrase.

Rusty was a cutting-edge cyborg with a hybrid human-AI mind, using his expertise in coding and Chat-GPT to tackle the most complex technical challenges. He was a master of anonymity and deception, using his skills to pull off elaborate scams and frauds on the internet. He was a man of many talents, with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a boundless curiosity about the world around him.

Jerry, a young alcoholic from Scotland, was grappling with his addiction and trying to help other troubled youth in his community. His rocky relationships with his family and fellow characters were a constant source of concern, as his drunken behavior often got him into trouble. But despite his struggles, he had a heart of gold, and his genuine desire to help others was a rare and valuable trait in their line of work.

Despite their differences, these characters all shared a common bond: a fierce determination to take down the corrupt forces that threatened their city and their way of life. They would need to rely on each other's unique talents and strengths to overcome the challenges ahead, and navigate the complex web of corruption and conspiracy that was woven throughout their world.

But even as they worked together to bring justice to the people of New York, they were acutely aware of the larger forces at play. The Military Industrial Complex loomed over everything they did, controlling the strings from behind the scenes and pulling the puppet strings of power

However, their fight against corruption was not over, as they soon learned of the government's involvement in a cover-up surrounding the cure for glioblastoma multiforme, a deadly form of brain cancer with a low survival rate.

Determined to find a cure, the group decided to become oncologists and specialize in glioblastoma research. They enrolled in medical school, studying courses in oncology, genetics, pharmacology, and neurology. The exams were challenging, and the odds of becoming an oncologist were slim, but their obsession with curing the disease drove them to keep going.

Once they became licensed oncologists, they conducted extensive research and experiments, testing different treatments and drugs on lab mice and cell cultures. They also performed clinical trials on human patients, constantly analyzing data and adjusting treatments to maximize efficacy.

However, their progress was hindered by the Military Industrial Complex, which controlled every aspect of the medical industry. They were constantly under surveillance and scrutiny, and their research was subject to government approval before being released to the public.

Despite these obstacles, the group persisted, and they eventually discovered a breakthrough treatment for glioblastoma multiforme. However, they soon realized that the treatment was being suppressed by the government for fear of losing control over the medical industry and the profit it generated.

Determined to bring their cure to the people, the group engaged in legal battles and public awareness campaigns, exposing the corruption and greed of the government and the military industrial complex. They faced opposition at every turn, but their tenacity and dedication to the cause eventually paid off.

In the end, the group succeeded in making their cure widely available, and the survival rate for glioblastoma multiforme skyrocketed. Their efforts not only saved countless lives but also exposed the corruption and power dynamics at play in the medical industry and government.

Throughout their journey, the characters relied on their individual strengths and personalities, coming together as a diverse and powerful team. Rusty's technical skills were vital in uncovering the government's corruption, while the rest of the group's medical knowledge and determination fueled their research and advocacy. Despite the odds and the control of the Military Industrial Complex, they never gave up on their mission to save lives and make a difference in the world.

John is Gone. Rest In Peace, I will See You Soon.

Life has changed dramatically, as my step father John passed away on April 22, 2022.  It was absolutely shocking and unexpected and has since been one of the most devastating losses and feelings of mental agony and sadness that I've ever experienced. I am very motivated to do what I can to make sure he is remembered and honored, and I've taken my first step by contacting and scheduling a meeting with the local Knights of Columbus, which he was very closely involved in for decades doing charity and raising money to help homeless and suffering people. He was also is a Navy veteran from the late 1970's.  He raised a family successfully and put his kids through college, and accomplished the American dream that he had in mind for himself. The impact he had on my life can not be done justice with the English language, but I will say I am more like him than my own biological father in many ways and always will be, and I experienced what it was like to live in a nuclear family in the USA because of him and the sacrifices he made to take care of my mother, sister and I.  We had an excellent relationship the last 7-8 years and it got closer and better as time went on and we were closer than we ever were since I was a little boy and I am grateful for that, but still life will be different without him here and I have done a lot of reflecting on life and have a lot more to do. RIP John R Cokefair, my step father, and the man who raised me as his own son and provided for me and nurtured me through my childhood years into my teenage years.  He is essentially, my elder, my male role model in life along with my biological father, and he treated me with generosity and taught me about respect.
